Binda 42

The Via Binda 42/A project involves the development of 18 apartments plus garages and cellars, for a total surface area of approximately 1096 m2. A new four-storey building will be built. It envisages the creation of studio, two-room and three-room apartments that can be totally modulated according to the needs of the end customer, always maintaining the utmost care and refinement in planning and design. For each individual apartment, the external areas will be exploited to the maximum with the creation of loggias and terraces.

Location

Via Binda is a rapidly developing area, which it is located a stone's throw from the “Navigli di Milan”, which form the backdrop to a Milan worker, always in a hurry, but at night they transform into the beating heart of Milanese nightlife, characterized by its bars, its trendy but also small venues shops, with alternating modern buildings to the Art Nouveau buildings, with red bricks of the Visconti architecture and the graffiti on concrete walls. Charm, history and contrasts yes merge into these long channels that all the world envies us. Not too far away, on the other side of the canal, we find the Church of San Cristoforo, historic building with a strong Gothic impact that combines elements of Romanesque architecture. This church is a flagship for the history and art of city of Milan. In the area we find areas of notable interest such as: The Museum of Culture (Mudec), dedicated exhibition centre to valorisation and interdisci- plinare on the cultures of the world; the BASIC, multi-functional center that produces innovation social tion and cultural contamination between art, business and technology in the heart of the area Tortona. It's a creative hub with an atmosphere it was international, as well as a center of research, experimentation, production of initiatives with real social value. This entire area is characterized by a multiplicity of art galleries, showrooms and fashion companies and exhibition spaces in post-industrial lofts where you can breathe that pleasant international spirit, also characterized by the off-show and all the activities related to the world of fashion and design. Nearby we find the San Cristoforo railway station, which is one of the main railway traffic arteries in Milan. During construction we find just a stone's throw away the terminus of the new MM4 (blue line) which will start from San Cristoforo and reach Milan-Linate airport, crossing the city. Area well connected by public transport, with the Milan Porta Genova and Romolo metro stations nearby (both on the MM2 green line). In recent years, the neighboring Via Morimondo and Via Watt have also undergone a profound urban regeneration, creating large showrooms, fashion and communication agencies and exhibition spaces for art exhibitions, fairs, fashion shows, events and conferences. Just over 500 meters away we find the IULM university, which represents a large university center for the city of Milan and attracts thousands of students from all over Italy and abroad.
